Bleach solution to kill mildew
Pressure wash
Scrape or sand as needed
Caulk all knots, seams and cracks
Mask windows, doors, fixtures etc.

Application:

Prime (as needed)
Paint and back-roll* body of home
Paint trim
Spray front door and garage doors.
Clean-up
Touch-up

*Back-rolling is the key to a quality paint job. Watch out for a painter who doesn’t back-roll! Even James Hardie of Hardie Plank recommends his product be back-rolled! Working the paint into the siding after spraying is a must. Not back-rolling will cause the paint to peal, blister and eventually damage your siding in a matter of only a few years. The consequence of this is very expensive.
